My unique talents and insights have been honed over 18 years of experience as an instructional facilitator, coach, and mentor. I have dedicated my career to studying the effects of professional development on student achievement and have developed effective methodologies and strategies to enhance teaching practices. My dynamic and creative teaching style has made me a sought-after professional development trainer in New Jersey and beyond.

In addition to my practical experience, I am an accomplished educator, published researcher, and author. I have written and published my doctoral research on the impact of professional development on student achievement, offering valuable insights into how continuous growth among educators can lead to improved student outcomes. My work includes essential teaching resources on classroom management and guiding parents through the Common Core standards, providing practical tools and strategies that educators can implement in their classrooms.

My passion for education extends to my work as a children's book author. My celebrated book, The Fourth Grade Freedom Fighters, tells the inspiring story of Benjamin, a boy with dyslexia, and his friend Ruby, who also faces learning challenges. This heartwarming tale emphasizes resilience, teamwork, and the importance of understanding and supporting students with learning disabilities. Through my writing, I aim to instill a love for reading and learning in young readers, demonstrating that every child has the potential to succeed.
